Executive Company Secretary

YAP is an EMI pilot licence holder. We are looking for a Executive Company Secretary to support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and Board affairs for a regulated financial institution.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas and drafting of minutes.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SBP regulations, and SECP requirements.
• Act as a coordination point for regulatory filings, approvals, and disclosures.
• Maintain statutory registers, shareholding records, and capital-related documentation.
• Support the Board and management on governance, documentation, and regulatory matters.

Key skills and requirements:

• Professional English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills Ability to understand discussions, read regulatory documents, and draft clear, professional written content.
• Experience in drafting Minutes of Meeting Ability to accurately capture discussions, decisions, and action points in a structured and formal manner.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong command of MS Word (formatting, styles, track changes), Excel (tables, basic formulas, trackers), and PowerPoint

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
