Delete your account & data
How deletion works
- Tap the button – it launches an email with subject “Request to delete my YAP account.”
- Fill in & send – add your CNIC, registered phone, and (optional) IBAN & reason.
- Identity check – we reply asking for a selfie holding your CNIC (quick snapshot).
- Settle any funds – if money remains, we transfer it to your IBAN or help guide you to transfer them to another of your bank accounts.
- Wallet closure – we deactivate the account, block the card, and erase in-app data.
- Final confirmation – you receive a closure e-mail plus a PDF statement.
