How do I open a YAP account?
Download the app, enter your details and verify your identity, it takes a few minutes, with no branch visit. Your account and IBAN are free.
How do I add my child?
From your YAP account, create a YAP Young profile for each child aged 6–17, order their card and set their limits. Everything stays under your control.
My card is lost, what do I do?
Lock it instantly in the app, then contact support to order a replacement. Freezing stops any new transactions right away.
How long do transfers take?
Transfers within Pakistan are typically instant and free. Timing for other transactions is always shown before you confirm.
