We need information about you so that you can use YAP Young. We collect information like:

- Your smart CNIC/B-form number
- Your phone number/email address and where you live
- When and where you pay for something and how much you spend

We use your information to:
- Add you to your YAP Young account
- Help you spend, save and move money
- Keep the account and your information safe
- Talk to you about the account
- Help improve YAP Young
3. Things you can ask us –
You can ask us:
- For a copy of your information
- To correct information that is wrong
- To review a decision that’s been made without a human – for example, if we stop a payment
- To delete or stop using your information – we can't always do this, but when we can, we will
If you’re using a YAP Young account and under 18 years old, you’ll need to ask your parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. They can do this through the app or using the details below.
4. Who we share your information with –
The parent or guardian who opened the account for you can see how much money is in the account and your spending.
We share your information with other companies that help our services to work, and when it helps to keep you or your money safe.
We also share your information with companies when you spend money on your card.
5. How long we keep your information –
We keep your information as long as you’re using YAP Young, and for 10 years after that. We’ll delete your data when we don’t need it anymore.
